- I am Judy's husband and Ruth's dad and the pastor of an emerging worship group in the mountains of southwest Virginia. I am a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). We believe that Christ calls us to make him visible to the world around us. Traditionally, we have done this through our historic testimonies for peace and justice, equality, community, integrity, and simplicity.
